John Laches
My background includes a blend of commercial and residential home project services. My commercial experience includes new construction, remodeling, and facilities maintenance projects as a contractor for SC Johnson Wax, Cerner Corporation and Hawaiian Bros Restaurants. Additionally, I am an experienced tradesman.
My experience includes repairing and remodeling bathrooms and basements, building and repairing decks and fences, installing and repairing roofs, as well as plumbing and electrical repairs. I bring a balanced approach to every inspection which enables me to see what is and what could be.
I am not an alarmist, no home is perfect and part of the “Joys of Homeownership” is making your new home your own! I inspect with this in mind. I want my clients to be well informed as to the condition of the property at the time of the inspection as well as to understand how their home works, how to maintain it and what they should budget for in the future.
CERTIFIED & QUALIFIED
I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional with a variety of certifications. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, Abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.
